9 | A Procurement Meeting was held at Principal chamber in GCE Gaya on 30/12/2017. The meeting was attended by eight members out of which six from the college and two from SPIU. It was decided that before the purchase of articles approval from NPIU should be taken and hence procurement plan on PMSS Portal was uploaded. After getting approval of NPIU again purchase committee meeting will be convened. The second BoG Meeting was held on 29/03/2018 in the Principal chamber which was attended by seven members. Quotations from different sources obtained for computers, Laptops, Printers, Books etc. were perused and for the supply of books Amit Book Depo , Patna and for desktop Edugyan Technologies Pvt.Ltd and for the supply of UPS Realtech Infosolution Pvt.Ltd. were selected. | Download |
