Mandatory Reading Material for all Students of GCE, Gaya
Ragging is a crime which destroys the physical and emotional confidence of the students. As per letter No- F. No. 37-3/Legal/AICTE/2009, and directions of the Hon’ble Supreme Court in SLP No. 24295 of 2006 dated 16-05-2007 and in Civil Appeal number 887 of 2009, dated 08-05-2009, ragging is totally banned and anyone found guilty of ragging is liable to be punished. To follow the majesty of the law, the Anti- ragging Committee headed by the undersigned for GCE, Gaya is constituted to promote and regulate healthy interaction between the freshers, the junior students and the senior students as follows:
